USAGE

Used for jointing the workpiece from which multiple products are taken.
It is easy to process the projection unlike micro joint.

Forming process of lance like Z-shape.
Used for hook, positioning and stopper.

For attaching electronic parts.

The guide part is formed on the edge of the Z-BENDING.
Used for a hook of steel furniture.

This is the method in which the tool processes z-bending only and the hole is processed with another tool.
It is efficient to prevent the wear of the cutting edge when punching a stainless steel sheet.

For a stopper.
This tool bends and cuts a workpiece at the same time.

NOTE
  • 1）Please indicate the each dimension when you order.
  • 2）In case of forming without pre-hole, it is necessary to put the angle(D) to prevent mistakes strips.
    The angle(D) must be more than 2°.
    (Recommended angle is more than 5°)
  • 3）Tool life is improved by making the pre-hole.
  • 4）Forming direction is upward.
    In case of forming down, the moving trouble will occurs.
