Conic supports the mission of SECURITY ACTION, a program promoted by the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA) of Japan. As part of our self-declared commitment to security measures, we have achieved the ★★ Two-Star designation.
We are committed to implementing information security measures across the entire organization and aim to build a safe and secure IT environment.
SECURITY ACTION is a national initiative that encourages small and medium-sized enterprises to voluntarily improve their information security practices.
Basic Policy on Information Security
Conic Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to protecting its information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes. To earn the trust of our customers and society, we implement company-wide information security measures based on the following principles:
1. Responsibility of Management
The Company’s management takes the lead in promoting the continuous improvement of information security in an organized manner.
2. Establishment of Internal Systems
We have established a dedicated organization to maintain and improve information security, and have formalized our security measures in internal regulations.
3. Employee Engagement
All employees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure effective information security practices.
4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Obligations
We comply with all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, and strive to meet customer expectations.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
